Last updated July 2026. A plain-language summary of how Vetted handles your data.

What we collect

Your account details (name and email, handled by Clerk, our sign-in and billing provider), the material you submit for scanning — ad copy, creative images and video, and landing-page URLs along with the page content we crawl from them — and your usage counts and plan status.

How we use it

To produce your scan reports, meter your plan, and improve the grading. Scanned material is analyzed by our model provider (OpenAI) to generate the report; landing pages are crawled via Firecrawl. If you turn on email notifications, scan-complete emails are delivered via Resend.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and deletion

Scans stay in your history until you delete them — each report has a delete action. Deleting your account permanently removes everything tied to your identity: account keys, usage records, preferences, and billing records.

Submitted scan content — ad copy, creative images and video frames, audio transcripts, and the findings we produced — may be retained after account deletion to keep the grading calibrated against real ad outcomes. Retained content is no longer linked to any account, but the material itself is kept as submitted, so anything identifying inside it (a name in an ad, a face in a creative) remains in the retained copy. Scans made inside a shared organization stay with that organization.
